1, Rubber lined pipeline

Description:

Rubber lined pipeline is steel or other hard material pipe with inside wearing resistant, corrosion resistant or heat resistant rubber as liner to reduce the impact or corrosion from the media by its own physical and chemical properties of rubber.

We are well equipped with fully set-up rubber lining workshop for both hot curing and cold bonding rubber lining process. We can supply pipes & spools with different liners according to your unique application and requirement. Hot curing rubber lined spool is cost-effective product with extremely high bonding strength which suits all the general application. And Premium Linatex cold bonding rubber lined pipe can give you remarkable wear resistant performance to fit your high wearing application.

For Mining application, it has Primary cyclone feed pipe line (PCFD), Secondary cyclone underflow pipe line, tailing pipe line and etc. The PCFD pipe line, as the most wearing area, is lined by 25mm Linatex Premium nature rubber to give the best performance. And the tailing pipe line uses normal nature rubber with hot bonding process as liner.

Technological Process                          

1, Blasting Treatment

Sand blasting can effectively remove rust and other defects on the substrate surface, Sand blasting can obtain better roughness on the surface of the lined substrate. Uniform distribution and controllable roughness can ensure strong adhesive force of lining

2, Glue Brushing Technological Process

The base surface shall be evenly painted with Glue and several layers; Ensure that the painting is in place without omission

3, Rubber plate lining

After the residual glue is applied on the drying board, ensure that the air bubbles are not fully compacted and pasted on the drying board

4, Middle Inspection

After lining, check the items: whether it meets the requirements of the drawing, whether the overlapping edge of the rubber plate is consistent with the flow direction of the medium, check whether there is bubble delamination with a diagnostic stick, and check whether there is electric leakage

5, Autoclave vulcanization

Produce per requirements for different materials.

Product type introduction:

Plastic-lined steel pipe takes ordinary carbon steel as matrix, by cold drawing composite or rotational molding. It has both mechanical properties of steel pipe, and corrosion resistance of plastic pipe.

The extremely good performance has the following advantages: Slow scaling, not easy to grow microorganisms. It’s an ideal pipe for conveying media of strong acid, strong alkali, salt and corrosive gas ,etc.

Food grade polypropylene lining can be used in food, medicine, drinking water and other industries.

Corrosion resistance: For non-oxidizing acid(hydrochloric acid, thin sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid),dilute nitric acid, alkali and brine solution, it has good corrosion resistance; but it is not resistant to concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid and other strong oxidants; for organic solvent, general corrosion resistance is good.
Typical application: Suitable for general corrosive medium transport, and more suitable for domestic water and drinking cold water delivery. water delivery without affecting the water quality, meet the health requirements. Water delivery meets sanitary requirement and does not affect water quality.

PTFE-lined Composite Pipe

Corrosion resistance:Teflon composite steel pipe can resist almost all chemical media(including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia) in addition to molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, chlorine trifluoride,OF3 under high temperature, liquid fluorine with high flow.It can work at the temperature of 230℃-250℃ for a long time.PVDF or other composite steel pipes all have a good resistance to many organic solvents like halogen, halogenated hydrocarbon, strong oxidant, boiling acid and alkali.But they are not resistant to fuming sulfuric acid, hot concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid, over 90 ℃ ketone, ester, amine and sulfonation agent with high temperature.
